The following personal data is processed within the scope of Hippo services:

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Provision of AI-powered personal assistant service
• Storage and organization of your notes, contacts and other information
• Provision of reminder and notification services
• Improvement of service quality and enhancement of user experience
• Provision of customer support services
• Fulfillment of legal obligations
• Execution of information security processes

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation
• Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
• Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
• Existence of your explicit consent

Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, in order to fulfill the purposes stated above:

• Cloud service providers (data storage)
• AI service providers (text processing)
• Legal authorities (in case of legal obligation)

You have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:

• Learning whether your personal data has been processed
• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Requesting that correction, deletion or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems
• Claiming compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data
